Our Fiduciary Responsibility to our Co-Investment partners is of utmost importance, and our interests are intentionally aligned to ensure successful execution, capital allocation, and asset management. This alignment is achieved in two ways:
- Firstly, we invest real cash of our own into any fund we create, making us Co-Investors and invested in the success of the fund.
- Secondly, we prioritize performing for our Co-Investment Partners, as we are not compensated in a meaningful fashion until we have first delivered favorable results for our Partners.
